Technical specification: Juice extraction system is a process of extracting the active ingredients from tea-immersed water by 75 °Cto 95 °C(according to different process conditions); and then into tea drink. The aim of the tea extract is to get the tea’s active ingredient efficiently while at the same time keeping the tea’s original color, smell and taste as much as possible, and preventing the ingredient that muddies the tea from coming out. By controlling of PLC program, we can accurately set the soaking time, retention time, extraction times and ensure the quality of tea extract.
